How It Works
The Fund co-invests into the Developer’s SPV to provide funding for the development of the site via preferential equity units.
Investors receive a steady fixed income (8% p.a.) paid monthly until completion of the project, even if the project is delayed.
At Project Completion, investors receive a variable profit-share (between 5-11.6% p.a.) based on performance of land sales.
