Dr. Yousuf is a distinguished figure in Islamic Finance, holding a PhD and MSc in the field from INCEIF, Malaysia, and serving as a Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor (CSAA) certified by AAOIFI, Bahrain. As a Mufti in Shariah and Islamic Jurisprudence, Yousuf’s academic prowess is complemented by his practical knowledge, exemplified by being a Registered Shariah Adviser with the Securities Commission of Malaysia and a Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) from Ethica, Dubai. He is the Founder and CEO of Adl Advisory in Malaysia, specializing in Shariah advisory, consultancy, and training services. Yousuf’s influence extends to Bangladesh, where he co-founded IFA Consultancy, a pioneering institution promoting Islamic Finance through training programs, workshops, and consultancy services. With leadership roles at Ethis, an Islamic Fintech Group, he contributes significantly to Islamic Fintech, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia.
