How It Works

Wholesale investors commit capital, which is drawn down progressively over the first two years and lent out through first mortgage facilities secured against Australian real estate.

The trust earns monthly distributions from its investments. Investors are paid monthly income from these distributions targeting 8.75–10.25% p.a. net of fees.
